The upper and lower half of the mold match the shape of the bath bombs to be produced, the powder mixture is added into the lower half of the mold manually and the cylinder lowers the upper half to compress the powder to form the desired shape. The compressing process deform the particles of the mixture powder and significantly increase its density.

The high speed bath bomb automatic heat shrink press wrapping machine body is welded with 12mm thick steel plate, and then machined after the internal stress is eliminated by post welding heat treatment, and the surface is sprayed with plastic. All parts contacting the package are made of stainless steel.
The electrical control form adopts three servo control forms (three servo control): the three servos respectively control the cutter shaft, film and longitudinal seal operation, and input conveyor. How to packing of our machine:

1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3. Or as per customer's requirements.

About Packing, for small size or single machine, we can offer free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, it not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when exporting.
For multiple machines or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, unually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container.

We can offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms.
