Product Description

Process:

1.Remove stone & impurities: The raw paddy is lifted to the destoner machine by elevator 1, the stone & big impurities, dust & small impurities can be removed, get the clean paddy.

2.Hulling: By the right double bucket elevator 2, the clean paddy enter into the rice huller machine, remove the rice husk, get the mixture of brown rice and paddy.

3.Separate: By the left double bucket elevator 2, the mixture arrived to the gravity sieve machine, to separate the paddy, mixture and brown rice. Paddy will go back to the rice huller, mixture go back to the gravity sieve machine, brown rice enter into rice whiten machine.

4.Whitening: Whiten the brown rice, remove the fine bran, get white rice.

5.Polishing: White rice enter into the rice polishing machine by elevator 3, polish white rice, remove the oil bran, make rice whiter, brighter, get beautiful finished rice(include some broken rice).

6. Separate: Finished rice arrive the rice grading machine, separate the broken rice, get the whole finished rice.
