The filler guarantees excellent coverage uniformity for all the cells, the ability to adjust the final density of the soil and has an additional hopper for the automatic recovery of excess peat. The heart of the machine is in the UT seeder: the outgoing containers pass under a marker drum that allows the creation of a central and homogeneous imprint in which the seed will be placed. The second phase is that of sowing with the seeds that are positioned in a single, precise and homogeneous manner via a dedicated drilled drum. Lastly, the covering and watering unit complete the seeding cycle, while the stacking unit, with the balance stacker, sorts the newly seeded containers in orderly stacks to make it easier to extract or palletise them.

Installation and commissioning and operation process
1. Install the suction plate, remove the baffle, remove the machine head, and install the seeding plate (the screws are all screwed on) to ensure the installation is flat. 2. Connect the 220v power supply, turn the switch on, and hear the working sound of the fan. 3. Find the best matching needle based on the different seeds. A, select several kinds of suction heads (needle), insert into the suction plate (8-10) B, take a small amount of clean and impurity-free seeds (if the impurities are too much, the purity is not high, it is easy to block the suction head),test whether it can be sucked, put a small amount of seeds into a small container, turn on the machine switch, the fan works, and test the best matching needle. C, each sucker head is guaranteed to suck a seed. If it can't be sucked, the needle is small. If you suck a few, the needle is big. D, test the needle and find the best matching suction head (needle). F. After finding the appropriate seed head, according to the number of needles on the suction plate, all the forks are sucked on the head (the baffle can be removed, the machine head is removed, and the baffle is installed after completion.
4. Put the appropriate amount of seeds in the seed tray (if the seeds are larger, or the amount is more, you can directly put the seeds in the seed tray to take seeds such as: soybeans, peas, corn, watermelon, etc.) Place the matching trays in the seed tray or place them in the precision suction hole. Seeds are placed in the plugs (or precision sucking holes) so that the seeds are concentrated when sucking and easy to suck. 5. Flowers and other smaller, lesser seeds, combined with precision suction and aspiration.

Q: If the seeds are not round shape, can they be used in your seeding machine?
A: No problem, any shape of seeds can be used in our UT seeding machine.
Q: Can this machine used to seed directly in the field?
A: No, it can't.Our seeding machine is used to seed to the seeding trays only.
Q: If we buy one set of UT seeding machine line, can we use all kinds of seeds?
A: If you change seed trays or seeds (much different from previous seeds), you should change seedling drum part to fit different trays and seeds.You'd better buy additional seedling drum, and it is easy to change.
