Material of cocopeat briquette machine:

1. Applicaple raw material: different powder of biomass material such as: coco peat sawdust, wood shavings, wood wastes, branches, rice husk, peanut shell, coconut shell, begasse, sediment, cotton stem, corn stalk, corn cob, etc. After carbonization, the charcoal can be used as raw material. Besides, the carbon black, coal powder, coal dust, coke powder, brown coal powder, coal waste can be also used.

2. The inlet particle size of raw material: it must be less than 2mm.

3. You must add a certain proportion of liquid binder of some kinds of materials for shaping easily, besides, the binder can also increase the hardness of material, and make the briquettes easily burning.

4. The moisture of materials for briquetting must be moderate, the water content should be 12-15%. 

1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.

2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

• Answer:10%-12%. If material moisture is larger, we had better dry it firstly.
